Europe’s first Nicklaus branded golf development launches in Scotland

Nicklaus Companies and developer FM Group have launched Europe’s first Jack Nicklaus-branded residential golf development at Stonehaven in Scotland.

The development of luxury homes at the Ury Estate will be built around an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, which is currently under construction. The 18-hole championship course will be one of only 25 courses to be part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club family alongside sites in Tuscany, New Zealand, St Lucia and Anguilla.

As part of this license, the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club of Ury Estate will be able to offer up to 35 Associate Club Members reciprocity at other Jack Nicklaus Golf Clubs, as well as access to a Nicklaus Home established on each property, including Ury Estate, for use by Jack Nicklaus, his family and other JNGC Members worldwide.

The first phase of the 1,600 acre multi-million-pound development comprises fully-serviced self-build plots and five-bedroom luxury homes for sale within The Nicklaus Village.

“I’m proud to be launching my first branded real estate development in Europe in Scotland, the home of golf, which holds a very special place in my heart. Ury Estate is a unique development which is set to be one of the world’s most prestigious golfing destinations,” said Jack Nicklaus.
