TRX Launches Digital Pilates Workshop: A New Era of Movement and Strength

TRX, the global leader in functional training, has officially launched the TRX Pilates Digital Workshop, an innovative online training experience that integrates Suspension Training® with the core principles of Pilates. The workshop offers fitness professionals and enthusiasts the opportunity to enhance their understanding of core stability, mobility, alignment, and total-body strength. This course is accredited, empowering fitness professionals to incorporate TRX Pilates into their training methods.

Over the course of 3-4 hours, the TRX Pilates Digital Workshop demonstrates Pilates form and alignment on the Suspension Trainer, focusing on the pelvis, shoulders and spine. This workshop features expert-led instruction, movement breakdowns, and progressive programming, streamable on any device.

Available to all fitness enthusiasts with no prerequisites or training experience required, participants must meet attendance and participation requirements and pass an exam with a score of 80%.

The TRX Pilates course presents an opportunity for existing Pilates instructors and personal trainers looking to diversify their skills, expand their training repertoire and introduce new movement solutions to their clients.

Fitness enthusiasts can also stream the ‘Pilates Flow’ series on the TRX App™, a series of on-demand Pilates workouts ranging from 25-60 minutes. The TRX App is home to a variety of workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance through TRX’s unique approach to functional fitness.

Nathan D’Rozario, International Education & Training Manager at TRX, states: “We’re delighted to launch our new TRX Pilates digital workshop. TRX has always been about movement efficiency and so incorporating Pilates creates an exciting, accessible, and effective training experience.

“On the TRX App, the TRX Pilates Flow series has been very popular among our subscribers. We hope that this workout content, alongside our new workshop, can inspire more individuals to seamlessly integrate Suspension Training into their Pilates practice in a way that enhances both strength and flexibility.”
